Video File Download Instructions

For Windows:

    1.  Right-click on this link Windows Media Video.  Then select "Save Target As..."

    2.  In the "Save As" dialog box, specify where you want to save the file

    3.  Click on the "Save" button to start downloading.

For Mac:

    1.  Hold "Control" key and click on this link Quicktime Video.  Then select "Download Link to Disk"

    2.  In the "Save" dialog box, specify where you want to save the file

    3.  Click on the "Save" button to start downloading.

Notes on downloading:

1.  You may also download the files by a normal single click on the links, but this is not recommended
because the file may automatically go to a folder that is unfamiliar to you thus difficult to find later.

2.  Be aware of lengthy download time due to large files (9.12 MB for Windows and 16.5 MB for Mac).
